A space intentionally created for Latinas to relax, decompress, and reconnect — mind, body, and soul. Flow through a moderately paced Pilates class surrounded by over 100 candles in a softly lit room designed to calm your mind and restore your energy.
This experience blends upbeat and slow rhythms to help you move with intention, release tension, and rediscover peace within. Whether you're a first-timer or simply need a moment to reset, this class will leave you feeling centered, lighter, and recharged.
