Hi, I’m Liz — the founder and heart behind Fire Pilates. My journey into fitness began with a personal transformation: a weight-loss journey that awakened my love for movement and its ability to heal, empower, and uplift. Through mat Pilates and yoga, I discovered not only physical strength, but a deep sense of clarity and confidence that inspired me to help others find the same.

I’m certified in both Megaformer and Mat Pilates, and my background in physical therapy allows me to guide each client with a focus on safe, intelligent movement that supports long-term wellness. With years of experience managing a fitness space and a foundation in business through my MBA, I’ve created Fire Pilates to be more than a workout — it’s a space where strength, purpose, and self-care come together.
